As our products are perishable, unfortunately, we are unable to
accept the return of the produce delivered to you. However, if the goods
you have ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in
our absolute discretion, offer a refund or credit voucher redeemable on
this website.
In the event, that your are unhappy with your order, we ask that you contact our customer service team via support@halalfinefoods.co.uk. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Photographic Evidence of product/ packaging
Our customer service representative, will aim to investigate and respond to you within 1 working day, to resolve your issue.
Complaints
We are committed to offering you the very best service and the highest quality produce. Our butchers always prepare your meat to order and as close to dispatch as possible. We ensure that your meat is freshly cut and prepared so there is no compromise on taste and quality.
We kindly ask, that you inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with either our service or the quality of the goods you receive, please let us know promptly via email to support@nchalalmeat.com. Please include your order number, contact details and any photographic evidence to support our team in investigating the issue.
Complaints in respect of service will be reviewed by our customer services team and we promise to respond to you within 1 working day whenever possible.
Complaints in respect of the quality of the goods you receive will be forwarded to our Operations Director for review. Please therefore retain produce for review, and we promise to respond to you within 1 working day whenever possible with our findings.
